Shipping and Delivery Policy

Fifty Six North primarily sells digital art and photography products. These products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping unless expressly stated otherwise.

For digital purchases, delivery is typically made to the email address provided at checkout or otherwise supplied by the customer. Delivery timing may vary depending on the payment method used, order verification, and any manual review required.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their email address and order details are accurate at the time of purchase. If you do not receive your digital product within a reasonable period after confirmed payment, please contact support@fiftysixnorth.ca.

If a featured promotion involves a prize, delivery, pickup, transfer, or fulfillment of that prize is governed by the applicable Official Rules and any prize specific terms, not by this general Shipping and Delivery Policy.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, email filtering, third party platform outages, or events outside our reasonable control.
