Refund Policy
At Fifty Six North, we sell digital products. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Because digital art and photography products are intangible goods delivered electronically, all sales are generally finalonce the product has been delivered or made available, except where required by applicable law.
A refund may be considered in limited circumstances, such as:
- duplicate payment made in error
- failure to deliver the purchased digital product
- technical issue that prevents access to the purchased digital product and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time
- any other circumstance where a refund is required by law
Requests for assistance must be sent to support@fiftysixnorth.ca with the purchaser’s name, email used at checkout or payment, date of purchase, and a description of the issue.
If an eligible purchase included bonus entries connected to a featured promotion, any refund request may affect those bonus entries in accordance with the applicable Official Rules and any governing legal requirements.
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method where possible, unless another remedy is required or agreed.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
